We are an interdisciplinary organization made up of young people who are committed to transforming traditional work dynamics in favor of friendly work environments with the personal and professional development of those who help us to fulfill our mission. There are 3 ways to belong to our team:

 

APPLY

Practicum

Aimed at people who are finishing their professional degree and are interested in putting their knowledge and skills into practice. The objectives and activities of the practicum are planned according to the interests of the professional development of those who have an interest and our needs as an organization. The practicum requires a dedication in hours estimated by the university or institution in which the agreement is made.

Internship

Currently, we have the Forum Syd internship program through our partner organization PeaceWorks, aimed at young people from Sweden interested in contributing to the development of our projects based on their experience and field of study. Each semester the required profiles and program conditions are published through the Peaceworks website and our social networks.

Volunteering

Aimed at people who wish to make the best out of their free time by strengthening Bogota’s community and alternative media through different perspectives. Those who apply do not need to have experience in communication or journalism because we understand volunteering as a construction stage in which those who volunteer their skills in various fields help us to carry on our projects while at the same time being willing to learn.
